Hi! I’m Brylee, a Naarm based emerging communication designer with a passion for print and social impact driven design solutions. I discovered my love of design for social impact whilst creating my capstone project, Flock, a non-profit youth birding initiative aiming to improve youth mental health and interpersonal connections through the world of birdwatching. I aspire to work with like minded creatives, non-profits, and impact-led design studios to create a positive impact on our world through design.
Whilst completing my Bachelor of Design at Swinburne, I also discovered my love for publication and print design. I believe that print is still well and truly alive, and find it to be an incredibly rewarding design process. Two of my student publications, ‘Founding the Future’ and ‘Bad Feeling at Work’ were recognised by the Australian Graphic Design Association, becoming finalists for the 2025 AGDA Awards.
I currently take on a Freelance Junior Designer position, collaborating with senior designers and design/marketing agencies to assist on a range of jobs. In my free time I volunteer as a brand identity designer with LGBTQIA+ non-profit, Oot and Aboot Outdoors. Interested in collaborating? Let's connect!
