Commonwealth Games

Branding for the 2026 Commonwealth Games located in Brisbane Australia. The branding uses an energetic figure reflecting the activity endured at the event but also supports the promotion of healthy living aligned with the Federation's goals. The dynamic lines embody Brisbane’s beautiful beaches and waves formed by the ocean. The branding aimed to reflect the federation's values of hope, collaboration and community, whilst also reflecting the location of the games.

Feeling of Multiple Catastrophe

A monothematic publication design for a subtract from a text. The design uses imaginative and expressive imagery and typesetting to explore the feelings that are evoked by catastrophe. The overwhelming feeling of catastrophe after catastrophe that we are currently experiencing in modern-day society is communicated throughout the text, as each page becomes more and more engulfed in bold red shapes and expressive language.

Food Bank

A re-brand of Food Bank Australia occurred to create a universal brandmark that communicates the organisation's goals of ending hunger and reducing food waste within the Australian community. Using a dynamic circle, forming a fork and spoon, communicates the organisation's sole purpose; fighting hunger. The continuous motion created within the logo reflects the brand's commitment to sustainability.

Running Rhythm

Publication design for a music festival that showcases RnB musicians. Running Rhythm required a publication that could be handed out to festival attendees and provided information about the festival including lineup, map and events. The use of colour, imagery and text, was used to communicate the smooth sounds and strong bass lines that RnB music produces. The bright pink, blue and yellow were selected to promote fun, excitement and vibrancy which the festival will embody.

Figment

Figment is a high-quality paint product that required packaging for three small sets of paint. The use of brush strokes embodies the vibrant hues that lie within each paint set, allowing the user’s imagination to come to life. The minimalist yet punching and fun aesthetic created across the packaging aims to communicate the high standard of paint whilst also remaining true to the fun, playful side that painting can bring about.
