huis. brunch bar
This brunch bar was designed to be located in Sorrento on the Mornington Peninsula. It was created to bridge a gap in the market for affordable and creative live music venues for young people to gather. The logo is an integral part to the brand identity of the project, communicating the values in a simple form.
PT2 huis. brunch bar
The poster design pictured here was part of the advertising roll out for the brand identity of the brunch bar depicted in project 1. Designed to be a promotional poster to strike intrigue with the public to attend the opening night.
"Go Far"
This artwork started as a passion project inspired by an old surf magazine. I experimented with mixed media to create a collage. Representing mindless scramble, and the beauty of illusion in the imagination.
The Search
This photo was taken during a surf photography shoot which sparked my passion for capturing peoples raw emotion, it stood as a strong pillar for my photography collection entitled “Connection”. Showing the inherent human need for connection, both with the earth and each other.
Noise Against the Nationalists
This is a redesign for an academic article into a publication. The academic article written by Karl Spracklen explored how far right groups are trying to infiltrate certain music scenes. The publication was printed using a risograph printer and I utilised a design style that was representative of rock and metal posters.
