Gabrielle Fetalvero is a communication designer with a passion for illustration. As an artist and communication designer she is drawn to traditional image-making methods and enjoys integrating this in her designs to create solutions that are visually pleasing and meaningful.

Gabrielle worked at the National Road Safety Partnership Program (NRSPP) for her industry placement. She demonstrated her high adaptability working through the transition of the NRSPP from the Australian Road Research Board (ARRB) to the Monash University Accident Research Centre (MUARC) and then the COVID-19 lockdown.

Her work for the NRSPP helped modernise their brand as part of their transition refresh which has been captured in case studies, quick facts, Q&As and more. She also directed the NRSPP's first organisational road safety campaign on Distracted Driving titled “What’s on your mind? No distraction” in collaboration with MUARC, Fleet Strategy, Uniting Care Queensland, Australia Post and Queensland Urban Utilities.

During her placement she was heavily involved in the creation of infographics and dabbled in motion graphics for the NRSPP social media channels, which she has grown a keen interest in alongside her love for illustration.

Outside of design Gabrielle enjoys other creative outlets such as drawing, painting, playing piano, visiting the latest exhibition at the NGV and cosplaying.
