Emily-rose Grech

I’m Emily-rose Grech, a Melbourne-based Communication Designer driven by ideas that make an impact. My work blends conceptual thinking with bold, expressive design to create outcomes that are both strategic and human.

I’m passionate about collaborating with social justice initiatives, not-for-profits, and small brands, using design to amplify voices and drive positive change. I love crafting simple, hard-hitting design carried by impact; work that feels intentional, authentic, and clear.

Hard-working and self-driven, I approach each project with curiosity, empathy, and precision, designing with purpose and always aiming to connect people with ideas that matter.

Lions Club

A rebrand revitalizing one of the world’s largest community service networks. Bright, modern design and unified messaging reconnect the club with new generations, celebrating service, social connection, and lasting impact, breathing new life into Lions Club.

Butterbar

Butterbar is a boutique, small-batch baking business that blends handcrafted charm with retro flair. Inspired by 70s diner nostalgia, the identity pairs bold typography and playful illustration to create a feel-good brand that’s as sweet as its cakes; perfectly aligned with the client’s vision.

QuietMind

QuietMind reimagines Charlotte Perkins Gilman’s The Yellow Wallpaper as a modern pharmaceutical brand, exposing the illusion of care within the narrative. Through clinical design, layered materials, and controlled precision, the project blurs the line between wellness and manipulation—where treatment becomes confinement—created in response to a brief to recontextualise a classic text through contemporary publication design.

SYNC

SYNC embodies calm confidence and active passion. This supplement gummy brand merges natural wellness with modern, feminine design—supporting women to feel grounded, energised, and in sync with themselves. Developed for the brief of a cohesive set of three product packages within a unified brand system.

Test It

Test It is a social awareness campaign designed to address the brief of creating a solution around a social issue. Designed to cut through stigma and misinformation, the campaign flips the narrative on drug use by focusing on harm reduction, making safety and education visible, relatable, and accessible through bold, attention-grabbing design.
