At the risk of sounding cliché, design and technology have always been one of my many passions and interests. One of my earliest memories of creating a better user-experience was as young as 11 years of age, where I recall tweaking and changing simple HTML codes for a profile of mine on an online forum to better suit my design taste and usability.

I came to Swinburne to pursue my passion in design after studying nursing for two years. Although the two are very different fields, I learned that they also have one major similarity – both revolve around a person-centred focus. In this regard, I always strive to create solutions using a user-centred approach in all of my work to enhance the experience of users on various digital platforms. I value the importance of creating something that not only fulfills user needs, but products that are meaningful with intuitive, unique and memorable user interactions.

As I graduate, my goal is to continue to apply my knowledge of user research, user testing, wire-framing and prototyping onto future projects, and to also push myself to learn and develop new knowledge and skills as I progress into my design career.
