Alicia Monsone is a multi-disciplinary young creative with strong business skills, ambition and superior attention to detail. Alongside her double degree majoring in Communication Design and Marketing, Alicia has gained two years of in-depth industry experience at Cobalt Design, a product design firm in Melbourne, where she has delved into marketing strategy and various roles in global user-centred design projects.
As an admirer of all things creative, Alicia is actively pursuing passions in business and creating beautiful brand identities that evoke emotion and are crafted with strategy in mind. She strongly values authenticity and heart in her work, and is highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite. She is also an expert in Wordpress website development and implementation, with a focus on best practice SEO and user experience (UX and UI) strategies.
Post graduation, Alicia is excited to collaborate with soul-driven entreprenuers to create bespoke visual identities that transform businesses into brands, through considered digital and print design touchpoints. She is also keen to further explore the role marketing plays in business and design strategy.
Alicia is a recipient of the Swinburne Dean's Oustanding Achievement Scholarship, and took part in the Swinburne Business Innovation in Europe study tour in 2018.
